Artificial Intelligence, also known as A.I., has been growing in usage in modern day culture. As an I.T. Technician, I will provide customers assistance with better understanding A.I. and its uses (providing additional info and suggestions for users, office work, using Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot). I also help clients with concerns or fears one may with A.I., helping them understand that it's just another tool to help humans.
