My qualifications in I.T. allow me to have a better sense of understanding to solutions in a variety of Computer-Related or Electronic problems.

Electronics

I have a vast knowledge on different devices that range from PC's and Laptops, to smart devices in the form of tablets, TV's, Cell phones, and older pieces of tech (i.e. devices that use Ethernet cables instead of WiFi).

Hardware

I work on computer and electrical problems with a hands-on approach. Meaning I have the skill set and tools to work on devices on the inside and check to see if there are any physical problems with the device (i.e. dust buildup, broken wires, replacement parts, etc.).

Software

 I have extensive knowledge in a variety of Operations Systems ranging from previous versions like Windows XP to updated versions such as Windows 10.

With permission from client or customer, I will come to physical location to work on issue hands on and in person.

Customers can also request my services for me to educate on how to better use their devices in a stress free environment.

 Virus or Malware slowing your computer down? I help scan for your computer's viruses and remove them. Removing viruses will help speed up your computer exponentially. I also help remove viruses from smart phones.

Building Websites

With sufficient experience in programs such as Weebly and Shopify, I offer assistance with building their own website for personal use or business.  I can even help add to an existing website a customer may have already developed (i.e. adding pictures, connections to social media, uploading videos).
